Monday-Friday 5am-1:
30pm rotating working every 3rd weekendDuties/
Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation of food and sack lunches, does necessary prep work. Assists in serving food, maintains salad bar. Cleans and maintains dining room and kitchen facilities. Operates dish-washing equipment. Cleans and checks service equipment. Fills salt, pepper and napkin dispensers after each meal. Assists in moving and storing supplies. Works within established safety guidelines.RequirementsMinimum:
High School graduate or equivalent.Preferred:
Three months experience in a food service area preferred.Knowledge:
Individual should have well-defined habits of personal cleanliness and hygiene. Must meet State or local food handling requirements, whichever are more restrictive.
