CNA Med Surg Full Time Nights

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Be respectful of others, honor and treat customers with dignity regardless of their diagnosis, disability, race, religion, or economic status.
Be aware and responsive to the cultures of our patients.
Be sensitive to the implications of our decisions and their impact on our customers.
Clothing should be neat, clean and in good repair.
Wear your badge on the upper part of your body so that your name and photograph are easily visible.
Assisting with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients as directed Answering patient call lights and following through with what the patient needs are.
Reporting to the licensed nurse any change in patient condition Performs & documents ADL's and reports to the licensed nurse:
vital signs, mobility, I&O's and etc.
Reporting to RN prior to leaving his/her shift Demonstrating good work attendance Passing waters to patients every shift Making beds Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Work with nursing and therapy staff together toward a goal of getting our patients back to the community.
Work within your scope of practice-Certified Nurse Aide Scope EDUCATION Completion of and certification from an approved 75 and/or 120 hour nursing assistant program.
High School graduate or equivalent EXPERIENCE1 year in acute preferred but not requiredCERTIFICATE/LICENSE Must have completed an approved nurse aide program or one year experience in the area for which application is made Current BCLS for healthcare providers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
