Maintenance Specialist Full Time Days

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Performs PM's on assigned equipment.
Maintains documentation of scheduled PM's and Repairs.
Replaces filters, belts, hoses, and keeps equipment in good working condition Inspects equipment Tests safety functions of equipment Keeps work areas clean Preforms safety audits Replaces lights, ballasts.
Does snow removal Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Work experience in a professional setting is preferred.
Background in construction, electrical, HVAC,or plumbing is a plus.
Should be able to perform various maintenance tasks with little to no supervision.
EDUCATION High School Graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCEMin 2 years technical experience required.
